The ProjectStory

A 1924 European-styled home in Belmont features an expanded, renovated kitchen with limed brick, wooden support beams, and an expansive rift cut oak island topped in a thick Neolith Basalt Gray. Reclaimed walnut clads the Subzero refrigerator and freezer along the wall that was extended out an additional four feet. The kitchen opens to a trellis-covered patio, the dining room and the walk-in pantry, just prior to the entrance to the great room. The powder room received an upgrade with new wallpaper, a vessel sink and stone-topped vanity. On the second floor, the family bath and primary bath were both renovated. Finally, the lower level contains a new mudroom with reclaimed wood paneling, a new laundry room complete with a dog wash station, a new bath and workout space complete the renovation of this stately Belmont Hill residence.
