Polished Open Concept Kitchen + Family Room - Brookline (Gold PRO Award Open Concept Kitchen + Living Space)
Partially open but underrealized, the kitchen lacked the refinement befitting its formal colonial setting. The existing modern cabinetry felt out of place. Removing the awkward pantry wall and extending cabinetry along the window wall brought back proper scale and flow. The renovation restored cohesion within the existing footprint. An ocean-toned range and custom banded hood with brass accents provide a striking focal point. Expanded storage, layered materials, and improved circulation enhance daily living. The family room space can now accommodate a generous sectional. With a dedicated coffee station and corner bar, the home finally gains a polished, welcoming hub.

Sweet Farmhouse Primary Suite - Wayland (Silver PRO Award Primary Suite)
This primary suite renovation in an antique farmhouse transformed how the family lives, creating an open, connected, and restful retreat. Previously, the parents shared one bathroom with their sons. The layout included a primary bedroom with an anteroom office. The anteroom was divided into the primary bathroom and hallway. The shower, with slate-colored porcelain wall tiles and a pebble floor, is expansive for the 6’4” client. The closet was enlarged by shifting the wall towards the bed. A custom barn door for the closet, rustic clad beams and plush gray carpeting complete a serene, spacious, and elevated the suite.

Serenity Reframed Primary Bath Renovation - Natick (Silver PRO Award Residential Bath Under $100K)
This renovation turned a dated primary bathroom and closet into a calm, functional retreat. A cramped toilet area was corrected, the tub removed, and the wet wall reframed to create a well‑proportioned shower. The original small shower was repurposed to expand the closet. A bench extends through the custom glass enclosure, providing comfortable seating beneath the window. Soft whites and warm taupes flow through the cabinetry, countertops, sliced‑pebble flooring, and light onyx porcelain tile. Generous built‑in storage improves daily usability, while an LED mirror supplies bright, even light. A modern Washlet toilet completes this refined, contemporary space for everyday comfort
